COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio Dominican's men's soccer team is set to open their Great Midwest Athletic Conference campaign as they travel to Cedarville and Walsh this week.
The matchup with Cedarville is set for Wednesday at 7 p.m. while the contest with Walsh is Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

The Panthers enter the G-MAC season with a 1-2 record in non-conference games as they defeated Seton Hill in their lone game this past week by a final score of 2-0.
The Panthers scored the pair of goals less than ten minutes apart in the first half as Cameron Christian (Pataskala, Ohio) and Alex Larzelere (Hilliard, Ohio) both found the back of the net in the 12th and 21st minutes, respectively.
The Panther offense has 19 total shots on the season with just six on frame. Defensively, Crook has started all three games and allowed four goals while having 13 saves.
The Yellow Jackets come into the week with a record of 2-0-1 with a win over Ashland by a final score of 1-0 on Saturday. Cedarville is coming off two straight shuts and have only allowed one goal in their three games played.
Carter Selvius leads the Yellow Jackets defense in between in the posts as he has made seven saves in the early season.
Pedro Alvares leads the Cedarville offense having two goals while four other Yellow Jackets have one goal.
Cedarville and ODU split the season series a year ago with the Yellow Jackets winning 1-0 in Panther Stadium and ODU spoiling the final regular season game of the year for Cedarville winning 2-1.
The Cavaliers are off to their best start in their Division II era as they currently boast a 4-0 record in their non-conference games.
Offensively, Dwight Van dyke already had six goals on the season along with an assist to lead the offense while Nathan Kett has a pair of goals.
Defensively, Ethan Burawa has played and started three games for the Cavaliers where he has allowed four goals and made 17 saves.
A year ago, the Panthers and Cavaliers split the season series each winning their respective games on the road. ODU handled Walsh in North Canton with a 3-0 win and five days later, Walsh defeated ODU 2-1 in Panther Stadium.
