COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Domincan's men's basketball team continues its non-conference slate on Wednesday, November 15 when it travels to Seton Hill to take on the Griffins at 7 p.m. in Salvitti Gymnasium.
ODU holds a 3-1 lead in the all-time series between the two programs, scoring a 96-73 win over the Griffins a year ago in Alumni Hall. The Panthers shot 13-of-25 (52 percent) from three-point range in the contest and notched their second-highest point output of the 2016-17 season.

The Panthers (0-2, 0-0 G-MAC) are seeking their first win of the season after falling in close contests to Tiffin and Ashland last week. The Dragons edged the Panthers 71-67 and Ashland scored a 64-56 victory in ODU's home opener Sunday.
Through two contests, Ohio Dominican is holding its opponents to 67.5 points per game and ranks in the top three of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference in three-point field percentage defense (26.3 percent), defensive rebounds per game (27.5) and offensive rebounds per contest (11.5).
Senior Ronnie Williams (Columbus, Ohio) is leading the Panthers in scoring through the first two contests at 16.5 points per game and with 985 career points, needs just 15 more to become ODU's 24th, 1,000-point scorer. The senior has connected on 11 of his 21 tries to start the season.
Notching a career-high 16 points at Tiffin was junior Ben Casanova (Sylvania, Ohio), who is shooting 8-of-13 to start the year and has also pulled down 10 total rebounds.
Senior point guard Shemar Waugh (Columbus, Ohio) scored 12 points at Tiffin and is averaging 5.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds through two games. Leading the Panthers in rebounding is senior Mike DeLeon (Powell, Ohio), who is averaging 10 rebounds per contest and notched a game-high 12 boards against Ashland.
Following their game at Seton Hill, the Panthers will face Purdue Northwest and Lewis next week as part of the Hillsdale Lanes Thanksgiving Classic at Hillsdale College.
About Seton Hill
The Griffins (1-1, 0-0 PSAC) topped Charleston (W.Va.) 85-77 in their first game of the year before falling to No. 17 West Liberty by a final mark of 107-69 on Saturday.
Seton Hill is scoring 77 points per contest through two games and is averaging 41 rebounds per game.
Junior guard Trevor Blondin is averaging 22 points per game to start the season. Redshirt senior center Spencer Casson leads the squad in rebounding at 7.0 boards per contest, and three Griffins are averaging five rebounds or more per game, with Nathan Davis and Brandon Alston chipping in on the glass for SHU.
