COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Dominican's men's basketball team will begin its 2017-18 campaign with an exhibition contest against the Dayton Flyers on Saturday, November 4 at 7 p.m. at UD Arena.
The Panthers are no strangers to Division I competition, with 2017-18 marking the fourth-straight season ODU has faced a Division I opponent in exhibition play. Ohio Dominican faced Toledo and Wright State in exhibition games last season.
The Panthers enter 2017-18 with high hopes after finishing 14-12 a season ago and will look forward to competition as members of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. Dayton is coming off a 24-8 season in which it reached the NCAA Tournament for the fourth-consecutive season.
Ohio Dominican will tip off the regular season with a November 10, neutral-site contest against Tiffin and will play 27 regular season contests overall.
