Spring Game Ends In 10-7 Win For Black Over Gold

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Black Team prevailed against the Gold Team 10-7 in a weather-shortened Spring Game to cap off the Ohio Dominican football team's spring practices.

McLeod finished with 86 yards on two catches to lead the Gold offense, while Hines ran for 62 yards on 10 carries and sophomore Cory Contini (Dover, Ohio) had catches of 62 and 30 yards to pace the Black.

Freshman Danny Welsh (Springboro, Ohio) made five tackles to lead all players, freshman Jarret Sullivan (Parma, Ohio) had four, and junior Nick Isaacs (Cincinnati, Ohio) had a pair of sacks.

The contest was called early in the third quarter due to storms in Central Ohio.
