Krueger Paces Women’s Golf On Day One Of NC4K Classic

BLACKLICK, Ohio — Ohio Dominican freshman Bailey Krueger (Canal Winchester, Ohio) recorded a career-low round score of 78 to lead ODU women's golf on day one of the NC4K Classic at Jefferson Country Club on Sunday.

Krueger ranked in a tie for first in birdies, recording four in round one. She also finished in a tie for third in Par 5 scoring with an average mark of 5.00 and enters second day competition on Monday in a tie for 13th out of 96 competitors overall.

Senior Erin Smiddy (Liberty Township, Ohio) scored an 80 to finish the day in a tie for 27th overall. Smiddy finished with 11 pars in round one and averaged a 4.25 on Par 4s.

Second day competition of the NC4K Classic will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday at Jefferson Country Club.
