Women’s Golf Wraps Up Day One Competition At Gilda’s Club Laker Fall Invitational

ALLENDALE, Mich. — Ohio Dominican's women's golf team sits 10th out of 19 teams after day one of competition at the Gilda's Club Laker Fall Invitational at The Meadows at Grand Valley State University on Saturday.

The Panthers were led by senior Erin Smiddy (Liberty Township, Ohio), who shot a 79 to lead ODU and rank tied for 25th overall out of 103 competitors after day one of competition. Freshman Emma Romine (Marysville, Ohio) finished with an 83 to place second for the Panthers and in a tie for 43rd overall, while sophomore Kaylin Dill (Sedalia, Ohio) came in with an 85 to rank third on the squad and place in the top half of the field at 50th.

ODU will wrap up play tomorrow in the final day of competition at the Gilda's Club Laker Fall Invitational.
